Ground Turkey Sloppy Joes
Ingredients
- 2½ pound ground turkey
- ½ cup chopped tomato
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- 8 hamburger bun, split and toasted
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- step1Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until it get browned, breaking it up with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
