1.Pasta: 2½ cups  elbow macaroni (uncooked) 2.Wet Mix: 2 eggs   can evaporated milk ½ cup whole milk 1 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tsp kosher salt (or as desired) ¼ tsp ground white pepper ¼ tsp ground black pepper ½ tsp dry mustard ½ tsp smoked paprika
