Ingredients
  

For sponge cake base

  • 4 large eggs
  • cup cake flour
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • cup sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1.5 tablespoon milk

Matcha cream filling

  • cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder

Instructions
 

  • Step1: Prepare the ingredient
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), ready a tray, and sift flour and matcha.
  • Step2: Make Sponge
    Beat egg whites with sugar till stiff. Mix yolks, oil and milk in another bowl, then fold in flour. Combine with the beaten whites. Bake for10-12 minutes.
  • Step3: Roll and cool
    roll the warm cake with parchment paper into final shape let cool completely.
  • Step4: Prepare Filling
    Whisk cream, sugar, and matcha until stiff.
  • Step5: Assemble
    Spread cream on the cake, roll up, and chill.
