Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients -Wash the strawberries and blueberries clean. -Crush the banana and peel to pieces. -Measure your milk and yogurt.
Step 2: Blend until Smooth -Put all the ingredients inside a high-speed blender and blend at a high speed for one to two minutes until completely smooth and creamy. -Add some honey or maple syrup if preferred, depending on how much sweetness you want.
Step 3:Serve and Enjoy -Pour into a glass, add a few extra berries on top if you like, and enjoy fresh.
