Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

  • Step1. Prepare Your Ingredient:
    Wash the fresh strawberries and raspberries; chop the banana into pieces; and gather the remaining ingredients
  • Step2. Blend the ingredient:
    All ingredients should be mixed together, such as almond milk, Greek yogurt, banana, strawberries, and raspberries. Layering is what helps them blend together very well.
  • Step3. Blend Until Smooth:
    Now let's continue and blend this mixture until smooth and creamy for nearly 1-2 minutes. If you want a smoother consistency and are comfortable with a pretty watery texture, do add some more almond milk and then blend accordingly.
  • Step4. Taste and adjust sweetness:
    Pour the smoothie into a glass, then taste it. If it isn't sweet enough, add 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup and blend a few seconds more.
  • Step5. Serve and enjoy:
    Pour it into a glass, add some more berries if you want to, and there you have this great refreshing drink.
